G B A & Associates is a firm of practising Chartered Accountants registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. The firm was established in the year 2017 at Bengaluru by its founding partners, CA Bhaskar P and CA Akshay S S.

The firm was constituted with the objective of carrying on the profession of Chartered Accountancy in accordance with the provisions of the Act, the Rules framed thereunder, and the Code of Ethics issued by ICAI. The practice is conducted with due emphasis on independence, objectivity, professional competence, and confidentiality.

G B A & Associates is engaged in the areas of Audit and Assurance, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Corporate and Commercial Laws, Secretarial Compliances, and Accountancy services. Professional assignments are undertaken having regard to applicable statutory requirements, accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory guidelines.

The firm follows a structured approach to professional work and maintains internal systems to ensure compliance with professional standards. Client engagements are accepted and executed in accordance with ethical requirements, without resort to solicitation or assurance of outcomes.
